John Carroll

To efficiently and seamlessly accomplish system development, Mr. John Carroll (CTO) will manage the development process.   Mr. Carroll will be responsible for the project planning, management, and quality control necessary to successfully develop and commercialize this technology. As a physicist and former executive with United Technologies Corporations, Mr. Carroll has nearly thirty years of experience in program development and management, specifically in Instrumentation Development, on Department of Defense funded programs. Mr. Carroll has also served as Managing Director of Gateway Communications (H.K.) Ltd. and as President of the Wei Sheng Group (Taiwan) Ltd., developing international infrastructure projects in Southeast Asia. Mr. Carroll is actively involved, on a day-to-day basis, with the ongoing technology development efforts of all 11 of Sober Steering's sub-contracted technical teams.
