Michael C. Rohrer

Michael Rohrer been involved in multiple businesses including an import-export business, produce business, family real estate business and a business management and advisory company.

He has been involved in numerous political campaigns including twice as a candidate and work at Queen’s Park in Toronto, Canada.

He is Director of Community Affairs for the Detroit River Tunnel Partnership, which operates the Detroit River Rail Tunnel and is jointly owned by OMERS Pension Fund and Canadian Pacific Railway.

He served two terms with the Assessment Review Board of Ontario, currently serves as a board member with Selectcore which trades on the Toronto Stock Venture Exchange, is a member of the Canada Pension Plan Review Tribunal, and a board member of a local municipal Adjustment Committee.

Mr. Rohrer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Windsor and is a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada with a CRA designation. He has been actively involved in several community-based organizations, including his work with others in attracting the University of Windsor’s medical school and securing Federal Government support for the $100 million engineering facility currently under construction.

Mr. Rohrer is married with three children and they reside in St. Clair Beach Ontario.
